The vision of a new park for the community
I confirm my objection to the Councils inappropriate plans to destroy the the Golf Course green space. Clearly the proposed plans is against current climate considerations and National opinion. Perhaps Maidenhead Council should examine the plans proposed to develop Southampton into a Green City.
Come on Councillors we need and want Maidenhead Great Park. Financial mismanagement has caused the proposed BLP Golf Course development. Don’t allow these plans to proceed and to further tarnish the Conservative record in Maidenhead.

Please write to your local MP and your local Cllr to express your opinion and in particular tell your Cllr that you do not want them to adopt the Borough Local Plan (BLP). They really do need to listen to what we want – that is their job after all!
Keep an eye out on here and on FaceBook and Twitter in relation to other things that we are doing to raise awareness of this issue and to stop this council from trashing our green space.
In the meantime spread the word to all your friends and family and ask them to contact their MPs and local Cllrs – once this green space is gone it is gone forever!
